We are now pleased to introduce our telepresence public room hire service. Telepresence is 'next generation' video conferencing with large HD screens and camera, very high bandwidth and lighting and room design to create an immersive setting.
We have over 50 telepresence rooms around world. These can be hired by the hour. However as the distinction between telepresence and video conferencing becomes blurred, it maybe that you wish to use a video conferencing facility instead see video conference locations for a searchable database of the 3500 video conference rooms we can offer.

The typical public telepresence room set up comprises of:
- 3 or 1 screen system with a table that seats 6 to 12 participants per room
- Life-sized projection technology
- Standardized room design and furniture to create immersive experience
- A built-in LCD display for sharing interactive multimedia data and presentation slides
